Richmond Place, now known as Asgill House, is an 18th century riverside Palladian villa in Richmond, Surrey, on the former site of the brewhouse for the medieval and Tudor Richmond Palace. It was built as a summer and weekend country villa beside the River Thames for Sir Charles Asgill in 1757–58 by Robert Taylor and is among the last villas of importance to be erected on banks of the Thames. It was returned to its original appearance in a restoration of 1969–70 and is now a Crown Estate.
